We want your experience to be truly spectacular! For your benefit, the most common questions asked about the Park and Kynren are answered below.
If you cannot find the answer to your question, get in touch by using our easy to complete form and we will be pleased to offer further assistance.
There is limited seating outside of the Tribune area. Wooden bench seating across the site, albeit with limited availability, can be found around the Lake and the Lakeside Walk, the Food Village and The Animal Croft. For people who may wish to secure a seat for their meal, the seated dining options are a good way to do so. Due to limited availability, guests are required to book these in advance, click here for details. We do still however request that guests give our elderly, disabled and those with mobility issues priority for seating. Guests will also be able to take their seats in the Tribune up to 60mins before the Kynren performance.
Kynren takes place on an evening in the open air, so we strongly recommend you wear suitable clothing - warm and waterproof outerwear and comfortable footwear. Even if it has been a warm day, it will get cold as the evening progresses.
The most important thing for you to bring is your tickets. We prefer printed ticket however you can also show your tickets on your smart phone.
Another thing to bear in mind is the Park is open during the afternoon and then Kynren takes place in the evening, so wear something suitably warm, as well as shoes you’re happy to walk in. Even hot summer days can turn into chilly nights. Please note that the show will go on in the event of rain so make sure you bring waterproofs if rain is forecast!
