This is our seating area for Fina and The Golden Cape and Kynren.
Kynren offering two types of seating comfort:
• Padded seats with back rests and more space between the seats for greater comfort. These VIP seats are located in the very centre of the Tribune.
• Standard plastic, raked stadium-style seating with a backrest. These seats are offered in the Deluxe, Superior and Standard categories.

We have a number of retail and food outlets across the site. Details will be available in July.
Our retail outlets operate on a card payment only basis, with the exception of hand waving flags available to purchase for 50p each with exact change.
Food and beverages can be purchased with cash or card payment.
There are no cash point facilities onsite.
We have one designated smoking area, this is clearly sign-posted. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited elsewhere on site.
We strive to ensure that the site is enjoyable for all guests to the 11Arches Park and Kynren. Our main visitor paths are DDA-compliant with a natural, fine stone surface. Some of our attractions have grass or stone surfaces and wheelchair users may require the help of a Personal Assistant to access these areas.
A selection of gifts, souvenirs and merchandise, including Souvenir Books, Soundtrack CDs, ponchos and blankets will be available to purchase at our Georgian Shop, situated near Ticket Check.

There are plenty of award winning toilet facilities around the site in order to keep queues to a minimum. Baby changing facilities are also available in some washrooms. Disabled toilets are located at the Welcome Plaza, immediately adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park A, and directly behind the Tribune.
